My mother recently passed away and I brought my mothers coin collection to have them appraise. One coin in particular they were interested in they offered me $50 and gave a long explanation why. Not knowing anything about coins I went for a second opinion I found out is was worth $1,100. Can you imagine if I sold them that coin how much I would have been ripped off of my family heirloom. I have been sick to my stomach about this, yet thrilled I didn't do business with them!
