  It took a week for nothing to be done on my computer even though I was told that it would be looked at by "tomorrow". There were several left messages and a handwritten note on the door, and they were all blatantly ignored. The store never seems to be available to walk in as well. I'm aware that events in life can take you away from work, but that does not excuse you from not taking five minutes to tell someone what is happening to their computer. (Or in this case, not happening).
